Ardingly Showground Car Boot

Ive known mick for a long time & his work to get this bootfair up and running is brilliant , he more or less runs this solo with some help from some family . He needs more support from stall holders as his prices are very fair .

Returned to carboot selling as said i would. A lot better. Alot more sellers and customers. Wat a good morning. Hot weather, good morning out. Recommend coming down have a browse.

Attended the sale on May 5th. Was directed to an area with more craters than the moon which was very awkward to walk on for a lot of people. As the other big boot sales were not on this was very well attended, packed out even. The toilet facilities consisted of just one portaloo for well over a thousand people with no sink for hand washing, just a little tiny bottle of watered down hand sanitiser. Not one single member of staff took the time to clean the toilet during the whole sale and queuing people were fuming. Still the staff did manage to walk the whole sale collected money from stalls and buyers, so one person had a good day. Take a look at Rusper and Faygate boot sales to see how it’s done properly. Last time I will ever go to Ardingly. No stars from me but program doesn’t allow me to.

Drove all the way to the boot sale for the first time and it’s not on . Did not say it was not on .That’s the first and last time for us .Very disappointed.
